we bought your half canopy queen size bed, dark wood, because the light colored wood broke. i thank you for your service and your word. it brought back memories of when we could rely on service and value without looking at the fine print. your truck was spotless , your service was friendly and american, as we used to take for granted. my family has been enjoying the bed since sunday. believe it or not this is our first bed, we've been sleeping on a mattress on the floor sixteen years, as long as we've been married. now, we feel like we're in a hotel, but we're not, we're home. i wish all the success in the world. people like you deserve it, i am glad i spent my hard earned money on you a hard working american entrepreneur who cares about his cutomers. my only regret is that i didn't offer you coffee or tea or the use of our restroom before your long journey back to the great state of alabama. i will continue to visit your online store and will recommend it to others. god bless you and your family, and god bless our troops who allow us to pursue our dreams and freedoms in blessed peace.

I cannot thank you enough for the wonderful dining set. I couldn't believe it when your driver (I can't remember his name) unwrapped it. It was more beautiful than in the pictures!

Also, I wanted to tell you what a nice guy your driver was (was his name John?). He was so helpful and was insistent telling me several times that if I wasn't happy that you would "make it right"--even though I was obviously thrilled with my purchase. He definitely does a great PR job for your company.

But - your customer service was so nice – and you held onto our order until our construction was complete, and the driver of the truck was a sweetheart. What an awesome piece! Our cabinet arrived today. John was great. I literally have not had a more smooth transaction from beginning to end. I hadn't heard of you guys at all till 6 days ago, and today we have exactly what we wanted in our home, and it is gorgeous. I am not usually this effusive. However, in the first 10 minutes this piece has been in our home, my wife has already called some neighbors who may be interested in buying some new dining furniture to come look at our new piece! (One way or another, we will be sending more business your way.)
